The final panel of the festival will be a plenary session, open to the public. It will be moderated by Howard Rheingold. The format will be a discussion and a reflection on the preceding program and an introduction to the featured video program on Saturday evening. It will feature panelists from the academic program. Introduction by School of Cinematic Arts Dean Elizabeth Daly.
