Ryanne Hodson is half of the producer/editor duo, Jay and Ryanne. They are both are East Coast transplants documenting the green and geek communities in the SF Bay Area. An ex-television producer and editor who was born anew into the videoblogging world in 2004, Ryanne is the Co-Author of Secrets of Videoblogging. She is one of the Co-Founders of Node101, an open source collaborative effort to teach videoblogging around the world.
Ryanne and Jay's website, "RyanIsHungry", was built to feature the stories of individuals, businesses and organizations making a difference in the world through sustainable and green practices and by hacking everyday life. Content on RIH was recently licensed to the PodTech Network for greater online distribution with the potential to reach hundreds of thousands of viewers each day. They are constantly looking for stories that don't always get covered in the mainstream media worlds of television and newspapers. They believe that individuals and organizations creating simple, everyday change is as important as the next hot news story. By creating an online archive of these stories, they hope to inspire people throughout the world to think and act more sustainably.
